AS SEEN ON TV - THE REEL ADVENTURES FISHING SHOW!
TunaTime Sportfishing Charters is located in Palm Beach County, in the city of Boynton Beach, at the Two Georges Restaurant & marina, approximately 1 mile from the Boynton Inlet. Being located so close to the inlet and the Gulf Stream, we can get you to the fishing grounds in just minutes.
We offer deep see fishing, reef fishing & big game fishing. Some of the fish you can expect to catch aboard TunaTime (depending on the trip and the time of year) are Sailfish, Dolphin (Mahi), Wahoo, Kingfish, Tuna, Bonito, Cobia, Grouper, Snapper, Shark, Swordfish & an occasional Marlin.
TunaTime accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Larger parties can be accommodated on an identical or similar charter boat.

CURRENT FISHING CONDITIONS
Spring is here, our favorite time of year. The wahoo are still biting steadily, and the dolphin are showing up in good numbers. The biggest dolphin of the year will arrive in April and May, so book your trip early! My biggest last season went 57lbs and we caught many fish over 30lbs. As the spring progresses, the Blackfin Tuna (30+lbs) arrive just outside the reef and can be caught on live bait as well as properly presented trolled ballyhoo and strip baits. These hard fighting fish are a blast to catch as well as eat. Swimming with the tunas are bonitas, and what they lack in edibility or size they make up for with their speed, numbers, and voracious appetite. Always entertaining on light tackle, these little tunas will test any angler, regardless of age or experience. Big kingfish (king mackerel) prowl the edge of the reef as well, and fish over 20lbs are not uncommon.
The Tuna Time also begins its famous tuna runs, traveling 60 miles or so to the eastern edge of the Gulf Stream. Last year, we caught plenty of dolphin on every trip, in addition to lots of Blackfin, Yellowfin, and Skipjack Tuna. We even hooked a 250lb Blue Marlin. These trips are hardcore, and last for 12-15 hours. If you are unsure if you can handle such a trip, book us for a full day of local fishing to see what its like. If it suits you, gear up for a very exciting and exhausting day of chasing birds and schools of tuna. There is nothing like being on a school of tuna exploding out of the water in every direction, with no other boats in sight. It is an absolute joy for anglers of any skill level.
If a one-day trip isn't long enough, we also offer multi-day Bahamas excursions. The Tuna Time is an ideal boat for island-running, given its shallow draft, speed, and large fuel tanks. We can stay at several ports, depending on the length of the trip and the species targeted. West End, Lucaya, and Bimini are the usual stops, but we can go anywhere with a 400+mile range. A typical day in the Bahamas begins with fishing in the morning for dolphin, wahoo, tuna, and billfish, followed by snapper and grouper fishing on countless reefs at mid-day, and ending with snorkeling and spearfishing or lobstering depending on the season. Rates for these trips vary based upon location, so give us a call, and we will customize a trip for you based upon your budget.
Look forward to seeing you, and thanks for looking!
Tight lines,
Capt. J.J. Brodbeck
